Refund policy

At Embly Mall, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Certain items such as gift cards, personalized/customized products, underwear, and clearance items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.
  • The return request must be submitted within 7 days after delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift Cards
  • Customized or Personalized Products
  • Innerwear and Hygiene Products
  • Products marked as Final Sale or Clearance

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified whether your refund has been approved.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake or a defective product.

Exchange Policy

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Embly Mall will cover the return shipping cost.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
